Preferred Location Designation - Lead- Hardware Design Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Job Requirements: - Must possess and demonstrate excellent knowledge of x86, ARM, MIPS, Power PC and other controller based architecture. - Must possess and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in leading hardware design and development. - A strong understanding of complex concepts related to architecture, design engineering, reliability, prototyping and failure analysis. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of engineers to meet aggressive goals and high quality standards. - Ability to develop longer-range project plans and schedules for complex projects or new product development. - Must works and communicate effectively within the function, across functions and with external parties. - This individual leads and works on complex projects with significant interaction with others; works or solves problems beyond own job function. Experience required: 5-10yrs Educational Background: A Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science, a Master Degree; or equivalent experience is required.
